Return & Refund Policy
At Chozn, we take pride in the quality of every product we send out. Because we deal in natural dehydrated pet treats and food, please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The product arrived damaged or tampered with
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product quality is significantly different from what was described
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or partially consumed products
- Products where the seal has been broken
- Orders where the pet simply did not like the product (we recommend our sample sizes for new customers)
- Perishable items once the packaging has been opened
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at chozn2026@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will respond within 2 business days.
Refunds
Once your return is approved:
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
- COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or UPI — please provide your details when raising the request
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or wrong product, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost once the issue is verified.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error, we will arrange a pickup at no cost to you. For other eligible returns, return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
