Processing Time
All Chozn orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

We ship via trusted courier partners including Delhivery, Shiprocket, and BlueDart depending on your location and order size.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹599
- A flat shipping fee applies to orders below ₹599 - the exact amount is shown at checkout based on your location
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available at select pincodes across India. COD availability is confirmed at checkout. A small COD handling fee may apply.
Order Tracking

Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will attempt redelivery. After two failed attempts, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply for redelivery.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the package immediately and email us at chozn2026@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
